One to three years related work experience required
Basic familiarity with computers - Ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications

Qualifications:
Conceptual understanding of systems architecture and data structure, and an ability to connect the dots between business needs and system functionality to support them.
Significant experience eliciting and documenting business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders, and transforming them into project plans and functional specifications.
Ability to plan, estimate and schedule multiple tasks and develop detailed resource and project plans (project management experience).
Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment across various business functions such as Sales/Marketing, IT, Global Support, Global Services, Finance, HR, Technical Support and Product Development to collaborate on achieving project objectives.
Ability to work with individuals at all levels and areas of the organization, including IT Management, international team members, technical, and non-technical associates.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to facilitate discussions, resolve disagreements, provide updates, and highlight areas of project risk/associated mitigation plans.
Ability to set and manage realistic business expectations.
Experience managing projects utilizing both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly preferred
