BE A GOOD HOME SELLER

BE A GOOD HOME SELLER: This article suggests you take good pictures, have a pre-inspection, and find a way to throw the buyer a bone. I have seen plenty of listings with terrible pictures. I definitely agree with the importance of a good first impression online. In Needham, Newton, and Wellesley sellers don't typically do pre-inspections. If you do the inspection then you have to disclose what you find out. You may end up fixing some things that the buyer wouldn't have asked for. As for throwing them a bone, the concept is excellent. Fostering a good relationship early with the buyer can help to make the whole process less stressful. What do you think?
