- $50 to Volante Farms
According to the Needham Community Farm, the mission of the organization is: “to deepen our community’s connection to nature and the food system by providing farm-based education, increasing access to healthy produce, and encouraging environmental stewardship.”

Last year, the farm donated more than 1,800 pounds of farm fresh produce to the Needham Community Council Food Pantry, helping to feed more than 200 families.
The group also provided weekly educational program at the Needham Farmers’ Market, taught families how to grow their own food, taught a free healthy-cooking workshop to low-income families, and provided a farm-based education program for elementary students.Get more local news delivered straight to your inbox.
