Wildflower Camp Foundation Celebrates 10 Years of Supporting Bereaved Families with Event Honoring Needham Native Dr. Robert Brooks

Wildflower Camp Foundation, a local nonprofit that helps children in Needham and the Greater Boston area who have lost a parent with the gift of summer camp and ongoing support, will host a 10-year anniversary event honoring Needham native and renowned psychologist and author, Dr. Robert Brooks.

Dr. Brooks will be presented with the organization’s first Wildflower Impact Award for his participation as a Wildflower Advisory Board member and in recognition of his ongoing commitment to the field of resilience in children and adults. He is one of today’s leading speakers and authors on the topics of resilience, motivation, school climate, a positive work environment, and family relationships with more than 35 years of experience in the field.

“This anniversary event allows us to celebrate our past and to pay tribute to our supporters over the last decade,” says Cyndi Jones, founder and president of Wildflower Camp Foundation. “Most importantly, it gives Wildflower the opportunity to toast to our future of helping our campers and their families.”
