Phones in general, and smartphones in particular, are incredibly compelling and a terrific way to connect with friends and family --- as well as very time consuming.

 

So, if you are an adult, on this day, take a break from your cell phone.  And if you have children, take away their cell phone for a day --- and you might enjoy the added bonus of decreasing their opportunity to engage in harmful behaviors.
