Today in Needham: Music Made in Mass, and More!

Five things you need to know for Needham, Sherborn and Dover on Friday the 13th.

1. Depending on how you feel about the odds, you may want to bring an umbrella. The National Weather service is predicting a 60 percent chance of showers during the day, leading to a partly cloudy evening. The highs should be 75ºF and lows, 51ºF.

2. You have an iPhone? Do you also have the Patch iPhone app? Everything you love about Patch in your pocket all the time. The new Patch app is the same tool Patch staffers use to update the site on the go.

3. Do you like pickles? How about local foods? Good! Because Roche Bros. is celebrating local food craftsmen with Made in Massachusetts. Their Needham store is hosting Ruuska Pickles today from 1 to 3 p.m. for a demo, as well enjoying local foods.

4. Come and sing, along with Ed Morgan. Kids at the Needham Library will be entertained by the movement, music and singing from 3 to 3:45 p.m. It is a free program for kids aged 2.9 to 5, and adults are encouraged to stay with the kids.

5. Anyone looking for a little love should head west--or whichever direction will get you to Westborough for the Super Singles Dance with 'Matty B.' They're welcoming singles aged 35 to 65 for a dinner buffet and a chance at door prizes. Dancing lesson starts at 7:30 p.m., dancing runs from 8 to midnight at the Indian Hills Country Club.
