 d in&nbsp\;Needham\, and the panel participants are all employees at Vit
 a Needle.&nbsp\;Caitrin Lynch spent five years researching Vita Needle\,
  which is&nbsp\;well known for its commitment to an elderly workforce. H
 er book explores what this means for the employer\, the workers\, the co
 mmunity&nbsp\;of Needham and society in general. The discussion will be 
 held in conjunction with the Library&rsquo\;s&nbsp\;Evening Book Club\, 
 which has chosen Dr. Lynch&rsquo\;s book as their December book. The pro
 gram is free and open to the public.
