DESCRIPTION:NOW WHAT?&nbsp\; \nA group coaching program for women at a cr
 ossroads.\nAre you experiencing a  transition in your life or is it simp
 ly time to make some changes.&nbsp\; Perhaps your kids are going off to 
 school or maybe you&rsquo\;ve been wanting to take up a new  hobby or ge
 t in shape or start a new business but you just can&rsquo\;t get  starte
 d and/or keep it up.    The program will be limited to 6-8 committed wom
 en who are ready to take steps to be happier\, healthier and more fulfil
 led in one or more areas of their life.&nbsp\;   Meeting for 2 hours eve
 ry other week for 12 weeks\, each session will consist of valuable conte
 nt\, challenging exercises  and rich discussion geared toward clarifying
  your goals\, generating  creative\, 'out of the box' ideas for moving f
 orward\, identifying  obstacles\, developing strategies to overcome them
 \, getting support\,  lining up resources and celebrating successes.  Fo
