NOW WHAT? 

A group coaching program for women at a crossroads.

Are you experiencing a transition in your life or is it simply time to make some changes.  Perhaps your kids are going off to school or maybe you’ve been wanting to take up a new hobby or get in shape or start a new business but you just can’t get started and/or keep it up.

The program will be limited to 6-8 committed women who are ready to take steps to be happier, healthier and more fulfilled in one or more areas of their life. 

Meeting for 2 hours every other week for 12 weeks, each session will consist of valuable content, challenging exercises and rich discussion geared toward clarifying your goals, generating creative, 'out of the box' ideas for moving forward, identifying obstacles, developing strategies to overcome them, getting support, lining up resources and celebrating successes.
