As part of Needham Public Health Week, the community is invited to participate in a series of Needham Neighborhood Walks around town. All walks are free and open to all ages, and refreshments will be served afterward.
Scheduled walks include:
• Monday, April 2, 2-4 p.m. Meet at Mills Field Tennis Courts located on Ellis Street. This one-mile loop goes from Ellis Street to Hampton Avenue to Central Avenue to Gould Street.
• Tuesday, April 3, 10:30 a.m. Meet at the Avery Crossings and Manor parking lot on West Street. This one-mile loop will travel Highland Avenue to Webster Street to Hillside Avenue to West Street.
• Thursday, April 5, 10 a.m. Meet at High Rock Field on Linden Street. This one-mile loop will travel from Linden Street to Sylvan Road to Oakcrest Road to Henderson Road to Oak Street to Linden.

Avery Crossings is an assisted living facility, comprised of 60 units in Needham Heights. It provides a variety of services, including fitness/exercise, housekeeping and dining options. The range of choices is geared towards keeping its residents as independent as possible.
