In honor of Abraham Lincoln’s birthday, join North Hill, Massachusetts’ senior living leader, along with Professors Jason Edwards and Elizabeth Seitz in examining the final month of Lincoln’s term.

The program pays special attention to Lincoln’s rhetoric to understand how the post-Civil War political environment might have been different with him as President.

Then, listen to Aaron Copland’s stirring musical commission – The Lincoln Portrait – while examining its history and intriguing place in the Copland cannon.

This course is open to all active adults and is sponsored by North Hill, located on the Needham/Wellesley line.

$10. Course fees are payable by check (made payable to North Hill Needham Inc), at the door or mailed in advance (mailed to True North Courses, North Hill, 865 Central Ave., Needham, MA 02492). You may also pay by MasterCard or Visa when you call to enroll.
