VNA Care Network and Hospice, a nonprofit home health care, hospice and wellness provider, hosts free Keep Well clinics where local residents may have their blood pressure checked and learn about health concerns. Blood sugar, weight monitoring and other health assessments are also available at most locations. Clinics are open to residents age 60 and older.

More About Stephen Palmer Senior Center
Home to the Needham Council on Aging, the Stephen Palmer Senior Center holds the distinction of being the first center in Mass. to be accredited by the National Institute of Senior Centers. Seniors at the center have the opportunity to socialize through a variety of programs and activities.
The Senior Center is housed within the Stephen Palmer Building, which is also home to traditional apartments. The Senior Center Exploratory Committee is currently studying the feasibility of several sites that could one day be home to a new center in Needham.
