Simple, everyday ways you can make (and keep!) healthy choices that are right for you Do you ever feel like you set wellness goals but have a hard time sticking to them? You know what your are "supposed" to do and are motivated to do it but somehow it all unravels in the day to day hectic schedule. You're not alone! As a part of "Love Your Body" month at BIM, we have invited Stacy Kennedy and husband, Dr. Russell Kennedy, PsyD to share the science behind turning initial changes into long-term habits. They will also provide you with simple, practical ways you can shift from "wanting" to "doing" to get the results you are striving for in your day to day life.
