More About Greene's Field
Efforts in recent years by dedicated residents have thus far saved Greene's Field from being demolished. Due to the park's sparing, visitors here have the opportunity to take in a Little League game, take part in a pick-up game of basketball or make use of the area's open field. The site also includes a large playground (designed for ages 7 to 12) and a picnic area. In addition, gaslights dot a walking path near the edge of the park. Motorists must park on Pickering Street.
