Judge Young is a leading jurist in Massachusetts who has decided some of the more difficult and well known cases in the State.  First as a Superior Court Judge and then as a Federal Court since 1985, and then as Chief Judge of the Federal Court from 1999- 2005,  Judge Young is also an active lecturer and regularly holds hearings for active cases at Boston area law schools.  He is known for his creative approach to resolving disputes.  Judge Young will share some memorable experiences on the bar which all of us, active litigators and non litigators, will relish.
