As a follow-on to my blog last week and as Back Pack Free Friday gets closer (Friday, May 4), I thought I would do a little research of my own—at my son’s bus stop. Please take a moment to watch this video, below, which helps demonstrate the need lift the burden off of our children. 

Students do not work or socialize well with others when they are tired and hungry. Add to this a pack of heavy books on their back. Have you weighed your child’s back pack recently?   

This is the day we say children’s health matters and we are taking action to support them.
