Week in Review: Overtime Win, ‘Abysmal’ MBTA Service, Driving Mishaps
A look back at the week's most notable stories in Needham.
The Needham-Wellesley rivalry added another epic chapter to its storied history this week. The Thanksgiving game found the Rockets trailing for most of the day, but some key plays brought the team back and pushed them into overtime where Drew Burnett found Mark Riley in the end zone for the win.
If you missed the game, you can find video of the game-ending play, as well as exclusive interviews with both Riley and Burnett right here on Patch. You can also see what Mark's older brother, Mike, said about the team before the game even took place.
The MBTA acknowledged "abysmal" service in recent months and the price of a dump sticker will be increasing next year.
