Police Reports: Man Accused of Urinating in Roadway

The following information was supplied by the Needham Police Department. Any charges mentioned do not indicate a conviction.

 

Needham Police stopped a vehicle on Fair Oaks Park on Friday, Sept. 7 at 2:50 p.m. after receiving a report that the driver may have been urinating in the roadway. Police spoke with all parties involved and determined that the driver had not been urinating. He was sent on his way.

Other incidents noted in the Sept. 11 Needham Police reports:

Resident’s Information Used to Buy Computer
An Alfreton Road resident reported on Thursday, Sept. 6 that someone had used his personal information to open a credit card and purchase a computer, which was sent to a California address.

Driver Arrested for Suspended License
A Needham man was arrested for driving with a suspended license on Sept. 5. Police pulled over the man’s vehicle on Highland Avenue after noticing that the vehicle had defective equipment. After finding that the driver’s license was suspended, the officer placed the driver, a 28-year-old Needham man, under arrest.

Wire Stolen From Construction Site
Police were called to a Gould Street construction site on Friday, Sept. 7 for the report of larceny. Someone had stolen one reel of wire from the site overnight. Police are investigating.

Bike Stolen From CVS Parking Lot
A bike was reported stolen from the parking lot of CVS on Great Plain Avenue on Sunday, Sept. 9 at 3:45 p.m. The bike was described as a silver Trek and was unlocked at the time it was taken, according to reports. The bike was taken after the victim went into the store. Police are investigating.

Person Reported Missing from Restaurant
Police were called to a restaurant on Chapel Street on Saturday, Sept. 8 at 11:17 a.m. for the report of a missing person. Police located the missing person a few minutes later at another restaurant in the square. The individual appeared to be OK and was reunited with his relatives.

Hit and Run at YMCA Parking Lot
A man reported that his vehicle was struck by another car while it was parked at the YMCA on Chestnut Street on Thursday, Sept. 6. The second vehicle had left the area. A witness provided the second vehicle’s license plate information. The information did not match any vehicle in the registry.

The police need to spend there time doing more important things than bothering a man for urinating in the street. Now IF he expose him self then thats different and the police need to act.
Bottom line when one needs to pee they need to pee !!
