Police Reports: Dunkin’ Donuts Employee, Customer Have Water Fight
The following information was supplied by the Needham Police Department. Any charges mentioned do not indicate a conviction.
The incident occurred at around 8:20 p.m. The Dunkin’ Donuts employee told police that the customer had ”tossed a cup of water at her face,” according to the report. The customer said that the employee had “tossed two metal water pitchers at her head and arm.”
Neither individual wanted to press charges.

Man ‘Exposing Himself’ Near Apartments
Police were called to the area near Charles River Landing on Second Avenue for the report of a man "exposing himself" on Tuesday, Sept. 25 at around 12:40 p.m. Police spoke with witnesses and checked the area but did not locate the man. The matter is under investigation.
Driver Runs Over Stone Wall
A 73-year-old Needham woman was cited after she ran her vehicle over a stone wall outside Dunkin’ Donuts, 1203 Highland Ave., on Tuesday, Sept. 25.
The crash occurred at around 9:40 a.m. When police arrived, they observed that the vehicle had “left the roadway … traveled over a stone wall and came to rest on a grassy hill,” according to the report.
The woman was cited for a marked lanes violation.
House Break-in on Dedham Avenue
A Dedham Avenue resident reported a house break-in on Tuesday, Sept. 25 at 2:11 p.m. Sometime between 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. that day, someone had entered the home and removed several items. Police are investigating.
Jewelry Taken in Sachem Road Break-in
A house on Sachem Road was broken into and jewelry was taken from an upstairs bedroom sometime between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 25.
The front door of the home had been forced open and the house appeared to have been ransacked, according to police reports.
Police are investigating.
