Needham Wrestlers Take Home Brendan Grant Championship
The 10th annual tournament was held over the weekend.
Needham High School won the 10th annual Brendan Grant Memorial Wrestling Tournament held in Belmont High School this weekend.
The Rockets scored 183.0 points, beating out Arlington High School (167.0) and East Providence High School (RI) (159.0).
The Carroll’s – Mark and James – won their respective weight group. 2011 Outstanding Wrestler (per coaches vote at conclusion of tournament) was Joao Vincente, 125 lb, from East Providence.
