Needham Offering Property Tax Relief

Elderly and disabled residents may qualify for help with property taxes, according to a town announcement.

 

 

Few enjoy paying property taxes, but for some it may be a challenge. 

To alleviate that, the town is offering property tax assistance to elderly and disabled residents through the Property Tax Relief fund, according to a recent announcement on the Town of Needham website

Residents who want more information can call, or those who wish to apply can visit the Assessor's Office at Needham Town Hall (781-455-7500 ext. 238). Applications are also available at the Council on Aging

These applications must be in by the deadline: March 29.

The announcement adds:

Thank you to all residents who have been generous with their donations to the Town of Needham Property Tax Relief for the Elderly and Disabled Fund.
