According to David Traub, spokesman for the Norfolk County District Attorney's office, Fuchs was arranged yesterday and is being held without bail.

"The Commonwealth moved to hold him as a dangerous person, but the court ordered that he be interviewed by the court clinician," Traub said of Fuchs. "At the conclusion of that interview, the judge ordered that Mr. Fuchs be evaluated at Bridgewater State Hospital for competency to assist in his own defense."
