Five Things You Need to Know Today: November 16

Today residents can donate blood, take in a lecture on the Great Hall and buy tickets to Jekyll & Hyde, among other items.

 
  1. SEPAC will be hosting a Parent Coffee with Superintendent of Schools Dan Gutekanst today at Panera Bread. RSVP to Marie Chieppo at chieppo@rcn.com.
  2. Hospitals are always in need of blood donations and you can do your part today at St. Bartholomew Parish at the Bloodmobile. Call Bob Carey at 781-444-6531 if you are interested.
  3. Michael Niden will offer an update on the Great Hall as part of today's Rotary Club Lunch, taking place at the Sheraton at noon.
  4. Temple Aliyah is marking the completion of the first 30 days of mourning (shloshim) following the funeral of Neil Sacks with a special study session at 7:30 p.m. The public is invited and refreshments will be served.
  5. Tickets are now on sale now for the Needham Community Theatre's production of Jekyll & Hyde the Musical, which opens Friday. Tickets are $22 for adults, $17 for seniors and students, and can be purchased online.
