  1. Those who are seeking office within the Town of Needham or looking to fill a seat for Town Meeting can find nomination papers at 500 Dedham Ave. Papers, made available this week, are due by Feb. 22 and must contain at least 10 valid signatures for Town Meeting members and 50 signatures for those seeking public office.
  2. The Needham Library will host a Drop-In Storytime at 10 a.m. Children accompanied by an adult are welcome take in stories and music.
  3. Needham students on the ski team at St. Sebastian's School will be heading to Nashoba Valley at 1:45 p.m. for a GS race.
  4. Nobles students will find sporting events of their own today with the girls JV hockey team taking on Dexter Southfield in Dedham at 3:15 p.m., the boys hockey team heading to Belmont Hill at 3:30 p.m., the varsity ski team competing in ISL races at Nashoba at 3:30 p.m. and the squash teams taking on St. Georges throughout the afternoon.
  5. Elaine Putnam and Mary Lou Pierron will ask "Tell me, What Is It You Plan To Do With Your One Wild and Precious Life?" at the Presbyterian Church at 10 a.m. The open discussion is part of the Transitions program.
