1. Chance of rain: Today will be increasingly cloudy with showers likely after 1 p.m., according to the National Weather Service. It will also be windy, with gusts up to 29 miles per hour. 2. Garden Club presentation: The Needham Garden Club will host renowned floral designer Bill Graham at their meeting today from 10-11 a.m. at the Needham Free Public Library Community Room. In this unique program, Graham creates a variety of fashionable ensembles and floral arrangements, starting with the blank slate of a little black dress. Guests will leave with new ideas for accessorizing their own wardrobe. Arrangements will be raffled. This program is open to all; a donation of $5 is suggested.

3. Selectmen’s meeting: The Needham Board of Selectmen will meet tonight at 7 p.m. at Town Hall. See the agenda here. Selectmen are available to meet informally with citizens from 6:45-7 p.m. While not required, citizens are encouraged to call the selectmen's office at 781-455-7500 ext. 204 to schedule an appointment.

4. Farm help: Residents of all ages are invited to help out at the Needham Community Farm on Tuesdays between 9 and 11 a.m. and 2 and 5 p.m. Enjoy the great outdoors and learn about gardening while helping to keep this community resource growing and vibrant.
