Support the Needham Historical Society at the Chocolate and Champagne Party

We’re stuck with winter, so we might as well enjoy it!  What better way to dispel the winter blahs (and—hint, hint—get ready for Valentine’s Day) than spending an evening in good company, with good music, and enjoying a variety of luscious goodies?

Join the folks at the Needham Historical Society for the sixth annual Chocolate and Champagne party on Saturday, Feb. 4, from 7:30-10 p.m., at the Historical Society, 1147 Central Ave. Guests will be treated to a tasting of fine chocolate delicacies prepared by local chocolatiers, and a selection of wines, champagne and beer. A silent auction and live music will round out the evening's festivities.

Chocolate lovers will indulge for a great cause—funds raised through this event help to support Historical Society events, lectures, exhibits and school programs. Many thanks to event sponsors The Needham Bank and Roche Bros. for their support.

Ticket prices are $35 each for members and $40 for non-members. Reservations may be made in person at the Needham Historical Society, by mailing a check to the society’s address at 1147 Central Ave., Needham, MA 02492, or online at www.needhamhistory.org. Tickets can also be purchased at the door. For more information, call Gloria Greis, executive director, at 781-455-8860 or email g.greis@rcn.com.

Since 1915, the Needham Historical Society has celebrated the history of Needham and the accomplishments of its residents. Through exhibits, programs, publications and outreach to the schools and community groups, the Needham Historical Society is committed to preserving and sharing this unique legacy. Enjoy an evening of delicious treats and help to support Needham’s town museum.
