Redeemer Community Church Welcomes New Minister to Students

Redeemer Community Church, serving the Needham and Wellesley communities, welcomes the Rev. Ryan P. Marshall as their new minister to students.
Marshall was born and raised in a suburb of Columbus, OH; did his undergraduate at Ohio University; and then moved to Lincoln, MA, in 2006 to begin his Master of Divinity at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He completed his degree in January and in May was ordained to Christian Ministry at the Trinitarian Congregational Church of Wayland.
While in seminary, Marshall worked at Seafarer’s Friend Inc., as a chaplain to international seafarers and port workers through visits to ships and terminals in the Port of Boston. He has experience working with youth in a variety of settings, including Parks and Recreation programs and Christian high-adventure camps. He is the product of a well-led church youth group.
Ryan, Andrea and their son Lukas live in Wellesley. RCC pastoral staff are spread between the two main towns of church members with Co-Ministers Doug and Adele Calhoun living in Needham.
The RCC youth meetings will be held Sunday evenings in the Fellowship Hall of Needham Presbyterian Church5:00 p.m. for middle school students, 6:15 p.m. combined dinner with high school students and 6:45 p.m. for just high school students.
