Needham residents Rebecca Rose and Clare Stover were among 400 students honored for outstanding academic achievement by being named to the Dean's List for the 2012 spring semester at Mount Ida College in Newton, Massachusetts.

To make the Dean's List, students must have a grade point average of 3.33 or above.

Founded in 1899, Mount Ida College is a private, co-educational undergraduate and graduate institution in Newton with approximately 1,500 full- and part-time students and a 13:1 student to faculty full-time equivalent ratio.
