Martha McMahon of Needham, a sales associate in the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Needham, has been recognized with the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society award. This distinguished honor is awarded to the top 8 percent of approximately 85,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system.

McMahon will be recognized at a special celebration in April at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston.

With more than 24 years experience, McMahon has been successfully meeting the needs of homebuyers and sellers. She has been trained as a Relocation Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Previews Property Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative and Certified Negotiation Specialist.
