The Needham Free Public Library is presently making it possible for patrons to download e-books to their Kindles. In order to access these materials, the Kindle owner should go to the Digital Media Catalog website and create an account.  It is also helpful to watch the following YouTube videos:  http://bit.ly/overdrive-kindle and http://www.youtube.com/user/DigitalBookDownloads/featured. 

Once you have selected your e-book, it can be uploaded to your Kindle only by wifi and/or USB. If your device is not wifi-enabled, then USB is your only option.
