Needham Community Council and Norfolk Lodge A.F&A.M
On December 15, 2012, Norfolk Lodge A.F & A.M continued its long standing tradition of donating 20 Christmas Trees to the Needham Community Council along with $300.00 to use towards the Needham food pantry for those in need during this Holiday Season. From Thanksgiving through New Year’s the Council offers a series of Holiday support programs in partnership with many community businesses, organizations and individuals. Norfolk Lodge’s donation to the Food Pantry at this time of the year helps the Council to offer a wide variety of Holiday food items to Food Pantry customers so that all Needham families can provide a festive dinner to their families during this holiday season. In addition, the Christmas Trees donated to the Council are
then offered to Food Pantry families to be sure that all who wish to provide a celebration of the Holiday are able to do so.
Sandra Robinson, the Executive Director of the Needham Community Council was presented with the donation by Wor. Donald H. LaLiberte, Master, Norfolk Lodge A.F&A.M.
Sandra thanked the lodge for its long standing support of the Community Council through this and the various other donations given throughout the year. Donald in turn pressed the Lodge’s commitment to the Community Council and residents of Needham.
