Needham Bank, with five branches throughout the greater Boston area, announces the promotion of Matt Holmes of Quincy to Business Development Associate.

Holmes joined Needham Bank in March 2010 as branch manager of the Wellesley office. Previously he was employed with Sovereign Bank; during his tenure there he was a financial relationship specialist, business banking representative, branch manager II and assistant vice president.

Holmes holds a degree in organizational communications from Assumption College in Worcester.
