Holiday Gift Idea: Needham 300 Pavers

Individuals, businesses and organizations are being given an opportunity to become a part of Needham history by having their names engraved on pavers to be included in a walkway behind the new part of the Town Hall, between Chapel Street and Highland Avenue.

The Needham 300 Committee is looking for local businesses, organizations and individuals who would like to have their names engraved on pavers that will be included in a walkway at the newly renovated Town Hall.

Individuals, businesses and organizations are being given an opportunity to become a part of Needham history by having their names engraved on pavers to be included in a walkway behind the new part of the Town Hall, between Chapel Street and Highland Avenue.

As part of the ongoing celebration of Needham’s tercentennial, Needham 300 is planning a commemorative paved walkway with stones that individuals, families, organizations or businesses can purchase to be engraved.

The walkway will be located between Chapel Street and Highland Avenue, directly behind the new portion of Town Hall. There are only 295 pavers in all.

With the holidays approaching, a paver could make a great gift idea for a special Needham individual or family.

Engraving will begin this fall and resume in the spring. Prices range between $200 and $500. For details, pick up a brochure at Roche Bros., Sudbury Farms, Needham Bank, the Needham Free Public Library, the Stephen Palmer Senior Center and Town Hall. Brochures are also available at Needham300.org.
