The Needham Coalition for Substance Abuse Prevention (NCYSAP) is proud to announce the fall 5th Quarter event dates for all Needham high school-aged students. 

Event dates include:

• Friday, Sept. 7, 9-11 p.m. (after the 7 p.m. varsity football game vs. Norwood)
• Friday, Sept. 21, 9-11 p.m. (after the 7 p.m. varsity football game vs. Braintree)
• Friday, Oct. 5, 8-10 p.m. (after the 6 p.m. varsity football game vs. Brookline)
• Friday, Nov. 2, 8-10 p.m. (after the 6 p.m. varsity football game vs. Framingham)   

All 5th Quarter events will be held in the Needham High School cafeteria and will feature free pizza, snacks, drinks, live DJ, ping pong, foosball and raffles.

A chance to win an iPad will be raffled off at the final event.

5th Quarter is a program typically held after NHS sporting events where teens can come together to celebrate a victory or support each other after a tough loss in a fun substance free environment. The program has received generous donations from the community a well as our primary event sponsor again this year, the Needham Educational Foundation.

Please encourage your high school student to attend the 5th Quarter events. 

If you are interested in volunteering, organizers are always looking for volunteers to set up, pick up pizza, serve and break down. Contact Bob Timmerman or Karen Mullen if you'd like to donate your time or know of a business that would like to sponsor a 5th Quarter event.
