The Needham Public Health Department will be offering seasonal flu shots on Oct. 4, 9 and 18, 2012. All clinics are open; no appointments necessary. Residents must be 18 or older and should bring their insurance or Medicare cards.

The Needham Public Health Department will be offering seasonal flu shots on several dates in October. Flu shot clinics are open to local residents ages 18 and older.
Clinics will be held on the following dates:
- Thursday, Oct. 4, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Tuesday, Oct. 9, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Thursday, Oct. 18, 4-6 p.m.
All three clinics are open, with no appointment needed. They will be held on the second floor of Needham Town Hall, in Powers Hall.
Individuals should bring their insurance or Medicare cards with them to the clinics.
