Call for Artists: Needham Spring Arts Festival
The Needham Arts Association invites local artists and musicians to participate in the annual Needham Spring Arts Festival to take place on Saturday, June 9, on the Town Common.
Artists may exhibit and sell their work and are encouraged to perform live demonstrations for the viewers. Also needed are plein air artists who will work within walking distance to Town Hall and then bring their finished or partiallly finished works to exhibit at a reception at day's end.
Artists from Needham may participate for no cost, and out of town artists must pay a $20 entry fee. All participants must supply their own tables and tents if needed.
Musical performers are also welcome. There will be short performances of 30 minutes ongoing throughout the day. Event organizers will provide an audio set-up and technician.
